SHIPPING POLICY

Everything ships from San Diego, California. Orders go out within 2 to 4 business days. Delivery windows start once the parcel ships, and every order gets a tracking number by email.

Postage is charged by destination and shown in your cart before you pay, never added as a surprise at the end. Shipping is always paid; we do not offer free shipping at any order size.

SHIPPING RATES

Rates cover the first piece, plus a step for each additional piece in the same order:

United States: $6 first piece, plus $2 each additional piece. 3 to 7 business days.
Canada and Mexico: $22 first piece, plus $6 each additional piece. 7 to 16 business days.
United Kingdom and Europe: $36 first piece, plus $9 each additional piece. 8 to 21 business days.
Australia, New Zealand and Asia: $42 first piece, plus $11 each additional piece. 10 to 24 business days.
Rest of world: $45 first piece, plus $12 each additional piece. 10 to 28 business days.

At checkout these rates are applied by package weight, with one piece counting as roughly 1.5 lb, so the total you see matches the per-piece pricing above.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES

Orders outside the United States may be charged import duties, taxes or handling fees by your country. Those are set by your government, not by us, and they are the buyer's responsibility. We declare every parcel accurately.
